Derek is a compassionate and patient guy and he has a vast knowledge of the building world. Derek knows the value of hard work having owned his own company before coming to work for Schilstra Builders in 2020. When not on the jobsite, Derek enjoys spending time on his own personal projects, fishing and playing baseball!
